Burrum Point camping area

The Burrum Point camping area is situated behind fragile foredunes, just a short walk to the water and beach. Boating, canoeing and fishing are popular activities on the Burrum River. The camping area is accessible by high-clearance 4WD vehicles with low and high range capabilities and off-road camper trailers only. Access is unsuitable for low clearance trailers, campervans, caravans, motorhomes or buses. Driving on sand requires some care to protect both you and the fragile sand environment--check the park website for more information. Wet weather access may be restricted due to local flooding. Facilities include cold showers and toilets. Mobile phone coverage is variable.
