Discover, Learn, and Be Inspired at David Fleay Wildlife Park
David Fleay Wildlife Park is a sanctuary like no other - home to a small yet diverse array of native and threatened wildlife, as well as natural environments, forming the last green corridor along Tallebudgera Creek. Managed by Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service, many of these remarkable animals have been rescued and now call the park home due to injuries that prevent their return to the wild, often caused by human activity. Both the animals and their habitats are living symbols of resilience, serving as powerful ambassadors for conservation and environmental stewardship. They highlight the importance of protecting our natural world and the vital role each of us plays in safeguarding it.
Nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast, this tranquil 8-acre enclosed fauna reserve invites you to explore a peaceful network of boardwalks winding through diverse habitats.
