Glen Rock camping area is a scenic bush camping destination on a grassy creek flat framed by dramatic ridgelines, with bottlebrush and Lomandra providing natural shade and privacy. The site also includes a large open upper camping area set in open forest, offering a mix of sheltered and spacious camping options suited to tents, caravans, camper trailers and campervans.
Located at the southern end of East Haldon Road in Main Range Conservation Park (formerly Glen Rock State Forest), the campground is accessible by conventional vehicle and provides basic facilities including toilets, cold showers, fireplaces, sheltered picnic tables, a horse yard, and untreated tap water (must be treated before drinking). Fires are permitted in designated fireplaces when restrictions allow, while generators are prohibited. Visitors should expect minimal services, poor mobile reception, and a self-sufficient, off-grid camping experience.
