You must bring your own fire container and take it and all coals and ash home with you. Fire containers must have legs to keep the fire off the ground and sides must be fully enclosed.

Myrtella camping area is nestled in the foredunes with easy access to the beach for swimming, fishing or walking. Nine Mile Beach can be accessed by 4WDs with high clearance or boat. The area has a grass/sand surface and is suitable for tent camping beside your 4WD and off-road camper trailers. There are no facilities at the camping area. Generators may be operated only between 8.00am and 7.00pm providing they have a sound rating of 65 decibels or less. Mobile phone coverage is unreliable.
