Hike or mountain bike along steep trails to access this camp. This camping area is for walk-in and bicyle camping only. People planning to walk and camp should have bushwalking and navigation experience, and should have an emergency plan worked out with a responsible friend or family member. There are no facilities provided.
Northbrook Mountain bush camp is located on a high ridge overlooking Kipper Creek in wet sclerophyll forest. Northbrook Mountain summit is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bush camping site. A topographic map is required to find the bush camp site—map grid reference: 723 777. There are no facilities and mobile phone coverage is unreliable.
