Old Forestry camping area

The camping area features an open grassy space with tall Hoop Pines dominating the surrounding forest. This is the peaceful setting of the former forestry barracks site. This camping area is only accessible by high-clearance 4WD vehicles in dry conditions only. It is accessible for 4WD vehicles towing off-road trailers and camper trailers. Camp sites are suitable for tent camping beside your 4WD and off-road camper trailer camping. Mobile phone coverage is intermittent at the camping area. There are no facilities. Visitors must be self-sufficient and prepared for emergencies. Campfires are allowed except when fire bans apply. Bring your own clean, milled timber for firewood. Keep a cleared area free of grass and vegetation at least 2m around your campfire.
