With your camping pass there is no requirement to hike in a particular direction, predetermine or book individual hiker camps along the trail. This provides hikers every opportunity for a remote, self-exploration hiking experience. Hikers can travel at a pace that suits their personal circumstances and prevailing weather conditions.
To give as many people as possible the opportunity to enjoy the hike the maximum length of stay is 5 nights and maximum group size is 6 hikers. Most hikers complete the hike comfortably in 3 nights/4 days.
Camping on the Thorsborne Trail without a valid permit or outside your nominated hiking dates is an offence.
If modification to your booking is required log into your account and booking then:
1. If seeking to amend number of nights - select the 'cancel' booking option and make a new booking selecting the correct number of nights required; or
2. If seeking to amend number of hikers or start date - select the 'modify' option and change the number of hikes or start date as required (NB: sufficient spaces need to be available on the date selected to make this modification).
