Woonoongoora walkers' camp is located within the Gold Coast City Council’s Numinbah Conservation Area and is part of the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk. This walk-in camping area offers commanding western views to the cliffs of the Lamington Plateau. A hybrid toilet system is available at the site, and mobile phone coverage is poor.
