Wreck Rock is accessible from the north by high clearance 4WD with high and low range capabilities towing off-road camper trailers; from the south by 2WD vehicle with camper trailer. Wreck Rock camping area has shady camp sites behind the fore dunes, just a short walk to water and beach activities. The camping area is suitable for off-road camper trailers and facilities include picnic tables, one cold outdoor shower and composting toilets (carefully follow instructions for appropriate toilet use). Taps provide bore water only. Bring your own drinking water. Mobile phone coverage is generally not available, however reception may be possible on the beach at Wreck Rock and along the access road.
