Zamia camping area

This is a small peaceful camping node on the western side of the high-clearance 4WD loop, a place to enjoy the early morning songs of the local birdlife. This camping area is accessible by high-clearance 4WD vehicles in dry conditions only. Camp sites are suitable for tent camping beside your 4WD. There are no facilities. Visitors must be self-sufficient and prepared for emergencies. Open fires are prohibited. Fuel stoves are recommended to minimise impacts. Mobile phone coverage is poor; satellite phones, UHF radios and a Personal Locator Beacon are recommended.
